At the moment I do not have a broom closet, but one day I will. I know many of you do have one and don't know what to do with them. After talking with some women in my family and some girl friends, I have come up with a list of things you should keep in your broom closet, some ideas, and some inspirational photos.

What's needed in a broom closet:
- well for one, a Broom
- vacuum cleaner
- ironing board
- iron
- clothes hanger for wall ironing
- duster
- blind cleaner
- mop
Now remember, you don't need this stuff if you don't use it!

Yes! I want one! I have never had one place for all my cleaning tools. I have my vacuum, broom and dustpan in the hall closet, cleaners under the sink in the kitchen and bathroom, other things in the laundry room. This is going to be one of my projects this winter. Love the ideas.

First off I would like to say wonderful blog! I had a quick question which I'd like to ask if you don't mind. I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear your thoughts before writing. I have had difficulty clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out there. I do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes tend to be lost simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or hints?
