How to Make Apple Fruit Roll-Ups!

Your kiddos will love these Fruit Roll-ups, and so will you. there not only yummy but healthy as well.
They are a great item to add to kits lunches.





Homemade Apple Fruit Roll-Up's

What you will Need:
  • 2 Apples
  • 1/4 Cup Water or Apple Juice
  • Sweetener, Honey, Sugar, Splenda or any of your chose (optional)
  • Baking Paper

WHAT DO DO:

  1. Cut Apples Thin.
  2. put Apples, Water & Sweetener in sauce pan on heat until water comes to a boil.
  3. Turn Heat down to low and let simmer until apples are soft.
  4. Put apples and any water left into your blender or food processor and puree.
  5. pour out onto lined cookie sheet.
  6. bake 4-6 hrs at 170 F.

Tips:
  • If apples are not blending well add a little more water or juice.
  • if mix is to thick add a little more water or juice.
  • if you need to leave your house during the cooking, turn off your oven and leave it inside the oven and when you get home turn the oven back on. the same can be done if you r going to bed.
  • if you over cook it or have a dry spot wall cooking add a little water or juice on the spot and cook some more.
